The allied nations have conveyed a directive from a high-ranking military commander in South Sudan, stating "shooting children, the elderly, and the innocent," along with the instruction "shoot everyone," which has raised significant concern.

The primary military commander in South Sudan, General Johnson Oluni, is currently overseeing the deployment of these soldiers to areas where they are needed, as they are being mobilized to assist in the ongoing situation.

The allied nations in South Sudan have emphasized their main responsibility, stating, "It is extremely concerning that there are calls for attacks on civilians, including vulnerable segments of the population, and this rhetoric is highly alarming and must be addressed immediately."

Under the command of the military leader, the forces known as 'Agwelek' were being dispatched to the Jonglei region.

The ousted President of South Sudan, Riek Machar, along with allied forces, has recently targeted numerous areas over the past weeks.

Currently, Machar is facing charges related to crimes against humanity, state treason, and other violations being committed, which are under scrutiny.

However, the previous deputy president has dismissed the allegations against them. The country's military; within the three states located in the Jonglei region, is preparing to launch an attack on the entrenched forces.

Prior to this offensive, all civilians, employees of allied governments, and other humanitarian organizations in the vicinity have been ordered to evacuate.

Last week, the country's military commander issued an order to his troops to "prepare for battle" within a span of seven days.
