The United Arab Emirates has warned that Israel's annexation of the occupied West Bank is crossing a "red line".

added that it destroys the spirit of the "Abraham Agreements" that normalized the relationship between the two countries.

A senior Emirati official, Lana Nussibeh, said such a move would end the two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The Palestinian Authority's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said it supports the UAE's position.

The Israeli government has not commented on the matter.
