The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has retracted the request made to Canada to dissolve the 'Peace Board'.

Following the deterioration of relations between the two countries, Trump stated, "We are informing Prime Minister Mark Carney through this letter that the request to dissolve the Canada Board was previously made."

The Prime Minister of Canada has commented that the role of the United States in global affairs is "as it should be" in recent discussions. Canada has reminded that it will not fund the dissolution of Trump's 'Peace Board'.

To become a permanent member of the board, it is necessary to pay 1 billion dollars, a requirement that Canada has not accepted.

Entities wishing to become permanent members of the peace board must pay 1 billion dollars if they intend to remain for more than three years.

Although the Prime Minister of Canada initially accepted the call made to them, they have clarified that they will not provide the funds required to become a board member.

The reason why the call sent to Canada by Trump was abruptly terminated has not been clearly articulated.
