US President Donald Trump has recalled ambassadors from 15 African countries, including Ethiopia, Somalia andDjibouti.

The move is considered an unusual one and is part of a broader effort by the United States to restructure its diplomatic presence abroad.

According to information circulating in the diplomatic community, the list of African countries to which the United States has recalled its ambassadors includes various regions of the continent.

The list includes countries in the Horn of Africa, East, West, Central, and Southern Africa, including Egypt and Algeria in North Africa.

There has been no official explanation yet for the reason for the ambassadors' recall, and it has also been noted that there is no clear timetable for filling the vacant positions.

The decision is said to affect US ambassadors in Somalia, Ethiopia and Djibouti in the Horn of Africa, and it has been pointed out that the region is a strategically important area for Washington due to its passage through international commercial shipping, the presence of US military bases and its priority in counter-terrorism operations.
