TPLF Claims Drone Strike Targeted Its Forces in Tigray

The Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) has stated that the Ethiopian government has carried out drone attacks, causing injuries to members of the Tigray forces.

In a statement, the TPLF did not provide details about the drone attack that took place on Friday, November 8, 2025, in the area where the Tigray region borders Afar, but indicated that damage had been caused.

The statement said that this drone attack caused damage to Tigray army members and residents in the area, adding that this drone strike completely violated the Pretoria Agreement and put them in grave danger.

the attack took place at a military camp called Milka, located on the border of Tigray and Afar regions.

In a statement, the TPLF said, "The Ethiopian government, which is satisfied with the death and suffering of the Tigray people, has moved to violate the Pretoria Agreement." It called on the international community to do its part to prevent further bloodshed.
