The Presidential Office announced that the proclamation includes benefits and rights related to the provision of basic needs of former combatants, medical services, housing, provision of services by governmental and non-governmental institutions, education, and training.

The office said that the draft proclamation went through research and consultations with various stakeholders before being approved.

The regional security forces' protest continued today, blocking roads in some areas.

The army members, dressed in their khaki uniforms, were seen chanting slogans reflecting their demands as they took to the streets.

Among them were members of the army and the deceased, who were demanding salaries and benefits, expressing their desire for peace, and demanding that the administration listen to their demands.

Additionally, slogans were heard demanding that if the interim administration cannot answer the army's questions, it "cannot answer" the questions of other people, demanding that their questions be given priority.
