
Sudanese Prime Minister Kamil Idriss has announced that his country will review the agreements it has made with Ethiopia and Egypt regarding the Renaissance Dam in detail.
The Prime Minister made this statement at a press conference in Port Sudan after returning from the United Nations General Assembly.
In their statement, they stated that the reason for reviewing the agreements reached with Ethiopia and Egypt regarding the Renaissance Dam was to prevent their countries from experiencing serious disasters and devastation in the future.
They indicated that the review of the agreements will serve as a basis for our future relations with the countries.
Alongside the Renaissance Dam discussions, the Prime Minister announced that he had presented 100 joint venture projects to Saudi Arabia focusing on Red Sea resources and investment opportunities, with a total value of $100 billion.
The Prime Minister also said that preparations are being made to deliver humanitarian aid by air to El Fasher, a Darfur town under siege by his government.
