In the state of Minnesota, USA, institutions that are counted in the hundreds have been established, with thousands of individuals being affected by the ongoing crisis.

The U.S. government has taken measures to address the situation concerning refugees without compromising their safety during their exit.

In most parts of the state, the observed protests are primarily led by organizations that are involved in U.S. immigration and customs enforcement (ICE), aiming to resist the policies that prevent residents from accessing employment, education, and trade opportunities after they have been displaced. The initiative to detain undocumented immigrants in Minnesota began six weeks prior, following an order issued by President Donald Trump.

The government is taking measures to ensure the safety of the community by detaining individuals who have entered the United States illegally, although it is claimed that there are also refugees and American citizens without any criminal history who are being arrested in the process.

On Friday, approximately 100 migrants were temporarily detained at the Minneapolis airport as U.S. airlines, under government orders, were instructed not to transport refugees out of the country, leading to a brief detention by the police.

Currently, the federal government is conducting operations that are estimated to involve thousands of individuals, as it seeks to manage the ongoing situation in the Minnesota region.
