Nib International Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Goozam Technologies, a US-based global IT and data services firm headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland, marking a strategic technology partnership aimed at advancing the bank’s three-year strategic plan and five-year roadmap.

Henok Kebede, Chief Executive Officer of Nib Bank, said the collaboration will bring substantial technology support and expertise, helping the bank implement its strategic initiatives more effectively.

Goozam Technologies specialises in artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, cloud computing, software development, cybersecurity, and business intelligence solutions. The firm serves multiple industries worldwide, including finance, healthcare, logistics, and telecommunications, providing tailored digital transformation services.

Nardos Meaza, General Manager of Goozam Technologies’ Ethiopia branch, said the partnership will leverage global technology solutions—particularly in data analytics, data modernisation, and other innovation-driven areas—to strengthen Nib Bank’s operations and digital capabilities.
