Prime Minister Modi is the first Indian Prime Minister to visit Ethiopia in 15 years.

By bringing India's global dominance in the digital sector to Ethiopia's institutional development, it will elevate the country's diplomatic capabilities to a higher level.

The agreement on customs joint management support is aimed at facilitating trade between the two countries.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also attended the joint session of the House of Representatives and the Federation Council.
