Kenya will lower the price of super petrol in Nairobi by four shillings and 24 cents per liter, bringing it to 178.26 shillings, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority said in a statement on X.

Diesel will fall by three shillings and 93 cents per liter to 166.54 shillings, while kerosene will decline by one shilling per liter to 152.78.

The adjustments, effective from February 15 through March 14, come as the landed cost of imported fuels dropped and the shilling strengthened slightly against major currencies, according to Bloomberg.

The regulatory authority’s announcement follows the standard monthly review of pump prices, reflecting changes in both global oil markets and the local currency.
