Israel has warned that aid to Gaza will be cut off if Hamas does not hand over the bodies of all hostages.

The Israeli defense ministry said Hamas had so far handed over the bodies of four hostages. Autopsies will be conducted to determine the identities of the four people.

Israel has warned that it will restrict humanitarian aid to Gaza unless Hamas hands over the bodies of the 28 hostages.

Israel has handed over the bodies of 45 Palestinians.

One of the bodies Hamas handed over to the Red Cross is a Nepalese citizen. Hamas is under intense pressure to release the remaining 20 bodies.

The ceasefire agreement could face obstacles if the bodies are not released.

The Israeli Defense Forces said, "Hamas must respect the agreement. It must return the bodies of the hostages to their families."

"If this is not the case or if the process is delayed, the necessary measures will be taken," he warned.

Israel has decided to restrict humanitarian aid and not open the Rafah crossing, citing Hamas' failure to comply with the agreement.
