Gift Real Estate Unveils Home Ownership Packages at Legehar Housing Expo

Gift Real Estate has introduced new home ownership packages and discounts at a special housing sales expo held at its Legehar project site, as the company seeks to expand access to residential properties in Addis Ababa.

The developer said customers attending the expo can secure selected homes with an initial down payment of two percent, allowing buyers to reserve properties without making full upfront payments.

The company also announced arrangements to facilitate bank financing of up to 45 percent for eligible customers, alongside discounts of up to 18 percent depending on the construction stage of the projects.

For customers making full payments at once, Gift Real Estate said it has prepared discounts ranging from eight percent to 18 percent, with additional protection against future price increases.

The expo also features a “fast ownership” package, which allows buyers to acquire homes that have reached 95 percent completion with a 25 percent down payment, according to the company.

Gift Real Estate showcased its ongoing projects, including modern villas, apartments and commercial spaces located in key areas of Addis Ababa such as Bole Medhanealem, 22 Mazoria, CMC, Atlas and Legehar.

The company said it has operated in Ethiopia’s real estate sector for the past 25 years, delivering residential and commercial developments across the capital.
