The US Federal Reserve has terminated enforcement actions against United Texas Bank and two entities linked to Quontic Bank, ending supervisory measures imposed on the institutions in 2023 and 2024.

The Federal Reserve Board announced the terminations with all three actions ending on September 2, 2026.

The action against United Texas Bank, based in Dallas, stemmed from a cease-and-desist order issued on August 29, 2024.

The other terminated action involved Quontic Bank Acquisition Corp. and Quontic Bank Holdings Corp., both based in Astoria, New York. The Federal Reserve had entered into a written agreement with the entities on July 5, 2023.

The latest decision removes the listed enforcement actions from the Federal Reserve's active supervisory measures against the institutions.
