EHRC has reported that threats, intimidation, and sexual harassment against students and teachers occur in some schools.

The commission also revealed that in many regions, schools are overcrowded and there are no health facilities to provide first aid to students.

EHRC also noted that in most schools, conflicts between students and gangs outside of school are increasing.
