Dangote Cement Raises Dividend 50 Percent to Record 753.8 Billion Naira

Dangote Cement Plc has increased its annual dividend by 50 percent to a record 753.8 billion naira, rewarding shareholders with a payout of 45 naira per share for the 2025 financial year.

The dividend compares with 30 naira per share paid for the previous financial year and reflects the company's strong earnings performance and cash generation despite what it described as a challenging operating environment.

The company said the latest distribution is the largest in its history and reinforces its commitment to delivering sustainable returns to investors.

Dangote Cement has returned more than 3.3 trillion naira to shareholders over the past 15 years, making it one of the Nigerian Exchange's most consistent dividend-paying companies.

Africa's largest cement producer said it remains focused on expanding its presence across the continent while creating long-term value for shareholders and supporting industrial development.
