Arsenal have been confirmed as Premier League champions after Manchester City were held to a 1-1 draw by AFC Bournemouth. The result leaves Arsenal four points clear with one match remaining.

City needed a win to keep the title race alive, but Eli Junior Kroupi’s first-half goal for Bournemouth and Erling Haaland’s late equaliser were not enough. Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Burnley the previous day had already put them in a commanding position.

This victory delivers Arsenal their 14th English league title — their first since the unbeaten 2003–04 season under Arsène Wenger. It is also their first major trophy since the 2020 FA Cup under Mikel Arteta.

The season was defined by defensive strength, high pressing, and consistency. Arsenal spent much of the year at the top of the table and now head into the UEFA Champions League final with strong momentum.

Celebrations erupted immediately after the final whistle. Supporters gathered in large numbers while players and staff watched the decisive match at the training base.

The title ends three consecutive runner-up finishes and marks a major milestone in Mikel Arteta’s rebuilding of the club.
